BSP4 – Pasta Dish

45 minutes will be allowed to prepare, cook and present a pasta dish for 2 covers, to competitor’s own choice, uncooked fresh (not manufactured) pasta will be the only advanced preparation allowed. Accommodation, Transfer Food and Beverage Uniform and Participation Medal will be covered by the Organizing Committee for all competitors between the dates of the competition.
